Look for True Knowledge @eodub.com and every sunday night live Ave A btwn 6th and 7th street performing on stage infront of a drunk crowd because there is a great bar @ EoDuB for all of my drinkers. Smokers are not allowed to smoke in the club especaily not that regular garbage. You come to the club with you small 10 dollars, wait on line from 7, and sign up early it is not hard guys. Take it from me I did it all winter because I am dead serious as an artist and the way I motivate myself to put out unaverage (lol) music out to the public. Been hearing a lot about "Paradise" but enough about that check out this video of me dressed up in a shirt vest tie and yakee hat with 3 of my EoDuB brothers. It was crazy seeing Maino, Juelz Santana, Red Cafe, Fabolous, French Montana, and Jadakiss in person. It went down all crazy backstage man damn... I made sure I did a lot of networking like non-stop networking I was not playing. Thanks to Polo getting us backstage I managed to speak to some very big named people and talk down their numbers as well as their email addresses to possible work with them and create new music with them in the future. Many people are watching me grow as an artist and become a man that will lead positivety in Hip Hop. Going back to BBking this week was even better because I saw Inspector Deck, Buck Shot, Slick Rick, Dj Kool Hurk and many more old school negros that we know and love. The best part is that I had fun with Marco Polo and Conyak with me.

I still can't belive the legend himself, Buck Shot came to EoDuB and seriously bodied the stage. He really represented for the whole boot camp click all by him self. Yo man this dude went in with acopella freestyles he did new joints and old joints back to back, I loved it because he didn't stick to the rules last night. This man just went straight in! I feel like this whole thing was a dream standing in front center of the stage watch Buck Shot sweat OD all over the stage rhyming and flowing non-stop. We all know he has been doing it since back in the day but damn Buck Shot realy ripped it @ EoDuB and truely inspired me as an artist. He had breathe control, crowd control, and presents that can move thousands of people at once. My next acomplishment will be to train my body hard enough to do 8 joints on stage straight without a break because Buck Shot really touched a place in my heart as a True MC. But when this man did "Got Ya Open" man listen! Me and Sarakana went totally balistic. Screaming all his lyrics out jumping up and down EoDuB went crazy.
I had to blogg this man because thanks to EoDuB I had another night I will tell my future children about after I get older.

Even though people out hustling crack weed and dro
I stay out of trouble and I keep my profile low
Keep my grades high I stay in school now I'm in the 12th grade
I know my Greek alphabet and study hard in many ways
Unfortunately I'm black and cops treat me as if I'm selling crack
Searching my pants for a gat asking me what is in my ass crack
But I live above that still proud of being black
Still every time I'm outside I have to watch how I act
Isn't that crazy these cops in the Bronx amaze me
They want to beat me with night sticks harass me and taze me
That's why most of my friends are in jail some are have died
Emotions drive me nuts my tears have still not dried

Dealt with beef throughout life I kept on my feet
Father wasn't always there typical single mother house
Times I was so hungry thought I didn't have a mouth

Always stayed in school played it cool once a while hanged with fools
Learned the street rules then wanted to get paid in full
Now I think instead of selling crack getting 40 off a pack
I can make 40 million dollars with my talents that's a fact
See me i keep it real keep studying and studying

Right now I'm certified to work in a pharmacy
So instead of crack or weed I can sell drugs legally

In my point of view, an artist that writes all kinds of music and that has
a lot of respect in the society. Why does a talented person like
True Knowledge have to suffer without the right promotion he needs?
This is not fair! As a rapper, he works hard enough to earn what others have.
Why is he not known? I always thought hard work bring good things.
In this situation it seems to be the opposite. He works to get something out of noting.
I feel like his day will come, and that day will bring success for this young man.

My Last Performance @ EoDuB

It was great last night. I did one of my biggest songs that I get a major reaction to called "Got My Own Swagg". First I got up and Dj V Dot and I were talking and hudling, then I was making the crowd kinda wait on purpose. But yo!!!! When that beat came on I swear something just hit the club like a big hurricane and I just went in like... swager right check game tight bag a chick and I'll hit it the same night... I'm in it for that paper jack swiss and the motserella... I did the whole first verse and then after the chorus part, my boy Dj V Dot ran it back and I pushed Kurt Kadet towards the crowd. Didn't mean to push him that hard but I was in the moment..lol... No lie I think he killed it even harder then the last time we did the remix together. I made sure I was getting mad hype on stage and dancing all around the whole stage to the beat and the chorus (I ain't nothing like ya'll I got my own swagg.. I got my own swagg got my got my own swagg). 2nd verse my boy Ryze let loose, I know he was gone kill it but I got surprised by him because he just started freestyling in the middle while I was doing his adlibs. Hey the crowd was loving it and I was like hey go in man. So tell me how it was my turn, I saw my dude Webbified and had a glance of Marco Polo right before I held the mic directly in front of my lips and begand to rap so fast on that beat and slow it down for my "Got My Own Swwagg" (REMIX) verse. The crowd was going so crazy!! Then at one point I got so deeply into perform that I began to freestyle just like the homie Ryze did. And it came out fire. At the very end I pasted out and had all of my peoples on stage with me to stomp me out and make it look like I was getting jumped on stage. It was a fun performance live @ the pyrimid club and it will be a moment in history that I will never forget.

Biological Bases of Behavior
How do humans react to the ferocious roar of the bear? Why do humans have headaches and stress out when come upon to do certain tasks? The environment, genes and chromosomes, and the central nervous system are factors to answer these questions. The human psychological characteristics and behavior are built by a combination of these factors. Psychologists use these factors to determine people’s psychological makeup and behavior. However, a person’s characteristics come primarily from their genes.
From the time the baby gets out into the real world inherited genes are making the baby act in a certain way. When someone tickles them, they might cry or laugh. Their genes establish their reaction to these events. From the beginning of birth, the baby’s reaction to the environment can only be determined by its genes. As a result, human behavior uses a combination of environmental and inherited trait factors.

True Knowledge just came from another Hip-Hop venture answering questions in an interveiw for a show being developed called "Polotics And Hip-Hop". They asked me things such as, Why do I call myself True Knowledge... Who are my inspirations... They asked me to name a few producers on my album "Not Your Average Rapper". They had me up on the A train going downtown rapping while they beat boxed on the train. It was pretty interesting holding the camra and asking them deep questions about politics and their veiw on life. Noice and Valentine are very intellegent men. The Gospel Of Hip Hop

This is what it means for us to be and remain free, to take responsibility for ourselves, to be able to chart our own path toward the divine and make our own humble observations regarding spiritual, cultural and political matters. Are we not free-thinking adults? Does GOD not speak to us as well? Well, let us begin acting as such, beginning with the documentation of what we have seen, heard and felt regarding the activity of GOD for ourselves.
Let us as scholars and Hip-Hop citizens acknowledge the presence of the Love that has saved us. With this gospel let us proclaim our reconnection and trust for the Love that has guided us thus far. We respect the experiences older civilizations have with GOD, but now it is time we experience GOD for ourselves. We no longer need an interpreter, our culture is our religion and our religion is our culture.
This was 2 paragraphs of the Gospel of Hip-Hop the first instrument presented by KRS1
This whole chapter is about the love. Before these paragraphs the book says that Love is GOD and GOD is Love.

The True Knowledge Showcase @ EoDuB

DMC says EoDuB is his favorite spot to perform. I been rocking at EoDuB for some time now and last sunday which was the super night was a great night indeed for Hip Hop. True Knowledge was on the flyer and I came through to make sure that I represent on stage of the longest running Hip-Hop open mic in New York City. I started my show cause off with a poem about my people back home in Haiti and the devistation of the Earth Quake after a moment of silence. After that Dj V Dot played the first song which was brand new to EoDuB called "Ready And Willing". After the first verse I had the whole crowd saying ready and willing for me during the chorus. Made everyone go wild and crazy when the beat from "Not Your Average Rapper" came on. Looked towards the stage looked at the homie Polo on the stage looked at Webified looked at the DJ and just went in full force. Damn I really should not of went so crazy on that song, because by the next song "Got My Own Swagg" I was sweating up a storm. But sweat is good. lol...

True Knowledge Rapping For DMC

I will never forget this day the night of my mother's birthday. In front of EoDuB with God's grace and the help of my big homie Marco Polo I was rapping for DMC. I went to EoDuB and found out DMC had came there very early eager to perform his music. Polo let me know that and then he introduced me to DMC and we told him that we speak through myspace on the regular.. LMAO!!! After the three kings totally ripped the stage DMC was the first MC to grab the microphone and rock. I jumped right on stage in front of all of those camras because I knew in my heart that I would not become blessed with oppertunities like this everyday. To even stand next to a legend and have my good friends take pictures of me standing next to DMC smiling from ear to ear.
Before my show case it was me DMC Marco Polo Conyak and some more people outside with their camras. Marco Polo was having a conversation with DMC about the state of Hip Hop and what needs to be changed in Hip Hop. DMC was talking about how much this new music is on the wrong topics and that we need people who actually talk about something that makes sence in their music, such as True Knowledge.
My dude Polo tried to introduced it all but I just had to let it all out. It built up in me for so long that I said "Can I kick it?" he said yes you can....

T-Rex who is Ne-Yo's back up singer in unplug invited me to perform @ Bowery poetry club. Think I said no? lol.. I got there by 10 o clock sharp as he said and the spot was very live. There were people from so many different states in the house and the women were looking off the chain man. Music Soul child's back up singer named Show Time came over and tour it down with a band behind him playing the guitar drums and bass. It was even hotter because Loaded Lux was with him on stage and I was right there next to them. The energy was great in the house and everone was drinking. I was back stage and Loaded Lux was in front of my dude Coppalabel's big camra dropping a few shouts and I was right next to him throwing up my signature peace sign. It was a great look getting on stage performing a song that I have just recorded with Coppalbel produced by Conyak called "Don't Turn On Hip Hop". The beat was banging in the joint and when I was done everyone in the house gave me props.

Self Motivation

This week was very bad for True Knowledge due to the fact that my best friend's uncle still owes me money that I've worked for and his phone is off no were to be found. Now my phone is off and no one can even get in contact with me. I got 3 brand new videos I need to get posted and I still can not drop my album I was going to have ready this week. This guy has screwed up all of my plans. But do you think this is stopping me from writing my music? Hell no! I motivate myself daily by chalenging my mind every day in the morning to write something brand new. When it comes to writing 16 bars now I do it within 10-20 minutes tops. I have been writing a lot but what realy motivates myself as a Hip Hop artist is going back to everything that I have written down and reading them daily. Reading my raps more is how I keep up with the style in my flow and I edit my words taking out this putting in that, that way I fit to the beat perfectly. Going back to read what I've wrote makes me say "Whoa did I write that?" I write about many deep subjects and when I finally get out of my house with my damn money I have many songs to record. Had a very good night @ EoDuB (Ave A btwn 6th n 7th) this sunday. Performed a brand new song for the first time of my life produced by Conyak called "Don't Turn On Hip Hop". The beat sound even more sick after Dj Calabrass turn it up high, I can imagine how hard the bass and snare was hitting everyone in the crowd. For the firt 30 secounds I had my game face on grilling the whole EoDuB crowd hard. This seems to be my nitch the way I do a 360 before I begin to rap. I really like the crowd's reaction to my lyrics when I got off the stage. This is a place were I do songs with a whole bunch of people from different place. Keep this in your head now ok.

My EoDuB Profile (New Song Availible)

Coming out of no were with this one. Hidro! True Knowledge! Marco Polo! AND RYZE!!! On the same song called "For A Reason" Produced by Hidro. This song is about what people go through in everyday life and the sample is saying everything happens for a reason.
Hidro hit me up and told me he got a beat for us to get on. After he sent me the beat to my gmail I wrote to it right there on the spot because I felt the beat so much. 3 days later I came over to his house and recorded my verse. It took more then 100 takes, but I was not leaving without my verse sounding perfect. The way Hidro mixed down the whole song sounds so clean.
I told Marco Polo I had my verse ready on this song and he let me know he was almost finished with his verse. I see that Marco Polo was feeling it just as much as I was. His verse was pretty deep.
I remember and I can never forget Ryze called me up just a day after I heard Marco Polo's verse and he told me he was in the studio as we were speaking. Definetly had to congradulate him on winning not 1 but 2 dub awards. We spoke for a while then I told him just record your verse and send Hidro the verse without the beat because Hidro is pretty good at mixing. After Ryze did that, the rest was history.

You know we come to Ox's crib turn on the beats and just zone out. So as I got to the floor I see Iz and a good dude from EoDuB. We go in and it's Vice Veezy and Ox playing Maden. Before you know it we got down to the music and 20 minutes later I have a new banging song called "The Lavish Life" produced by Andre (Rebel Beats). It's about Lavish and her struggly being a business women who gets put in a groupie catogory by many male rappers that she encounters. Ofcourse at the end I end up being Not her average rapper.
Me and Vice did a lot of songs today as well as Big Ox on a few of them. Vice helped me out a lot and tought me a few things while we were there. Now we have an OZ banger you all better watch out for, called "Put On A Show". The beat produced by Nate we be knocking you all over your body and our lyrics are so crazy in this song.
After that we spoke about doing more songs the next day, the work on this album, the verse going on a song I'm doing with Jalil and Corry gunz, EoDuB as an international movement and OZ entertainment.

This Sunday Night @ EoDuB

Tonight was live at EoDuB. I had my blue dub shirt on over my hoodie on ready to go in something crazy performing "My Beautiful Dark Berry" for the secound time at EoDuB. I like how the three kings spoke about the big international movements they have been doing. After some good acts went up on stage Super Zoo called me up to perform my song. It's funny because I thought I would never perform this song ever again. I even wanted to cut it off my album "Not Your Average Rapper" because I'm not with the beautiful young lady the song is about. Since it was her birthday this sunday I got on stage as if she was the only one in the crowd.

Long Ride To New Jersey

Thursday was set up since sunday at EoDuB after my amazing performing. My boy Guy from G.T.P. Ghetto Terrorist Productions hooked up with your boy TrueKnowledg3 so we can go over to his studio. Trust me when I say his beats are crazy. So I Guy hit me up just like he said he was going to do on Thrusday and he drove all the way to my block picked me up in the whipe and we drove all the way to New Jersey. Very long ride but it was so worth the trip. We went right into his studio played the track after he showed me around. He played a neat asked me if I had a song for it and boom I recorded a song named "Stop" right there on the spot. That song is going to be exclusive and on my secound album after I come up with a title. lol... 20 minutes into making a beat from scratch Guy was ready to do someting new. I said "Ok so how should I rap on this" and he replyed "Hard Core". I wrote my 16 bar verse recorded it right there on the spot, did the hook and then Guy did his verse. Easy ain't it.

Working On The Spot

I don't know were I came up with the ability to do this but since Jess James and I did "Who What" in the studio right there on the spot everything has just been flowing out. On wensday I went over to Ox's crib to talk record and chop up a few beats, as usual so I can keep working hard. Now Bramich was all ready at the spot down to his 3rd 40 onze saucy as heck. So boom I hear this one beat that wasn't even finished on reason yet. I said "Loop it on to protools now". It just hit me, 10 minutes later I came up with a chorus and told Bramich to write about being a devil on one shoilder to a guy walking into a bank to rob it. I on the other hand wrote about being the angel. The wicked part is the we switched it all the way around were I was the devil and then he was the angel. O boy the way it came out was dope.

I just finished doing a new song called "Don't Turn On Hip Hop". The beat was produced by a seriously big time producer named Conyak, she is sick with it. The studio time was set up for monday evening and I cancelled seeing Llyod Banks at B.B. King and didn't think twice about it because of the great vibe. Don't get me wrong I would do anything in the world to watch this guy perform, but when it comes to creating new music in the studio I don't play with that. We got straight to work with all the raps all the adlibs and all kinds of crazy sound effects. I fully compare this song to a Eminem style of music. Just very positive by True Knowledge.

Another EoDuB sunday 12/20/09

This sunday night I held Sheree's right hand as I lead her to the stage with me, feeling that she was nervous on the way to the stage. Knowing we were doing something brave and different that will stand out @ EoDuB for years to come. Just a few weaks ago we were in the studio recording a song named "Romeo & Juliet" and Sheree brought my lrics to life with her amazingly sounding voice that everyone in the crowd gave her the up most respect for. And I admit Sheree has a beautiful voice. After I did her favorite verse of the song on stage I let her kill it with the chorus one more time. After that I had DJ Calibrass change up the beat right to "I'm A Professoinal" and let me tell you, the crowd went wild as I just stood there staring at everyone eye to eye with the secound dope beat by Nathan Simmons from London. I wen hard for EoDuB letting it be none that I am nominated for strongest artist of the year award and that they can vote for me @ EoDuB.com.

Fresh Out The Studio

What's up my peoples how are you? This your boy True Knowledge and I just came out the studio with my dude Hidro. His microphone is crispy and he records with cubase. He even created a sick beat with three hot samples basically saying things happen for a reason. It has a really dope chorus to it and the beat is crazy!!! He send it to 3 people inlcuding Ryze, Marco, and myself. When I first heard the beat I said to myself this is very deep and I'm going to write exactly to the beat. I wrote my verse as soon as I heard the beat and I after I wrote I was ver happy to record it with Hidro. I went down to Brooklyn from the bronx to see my dude and he was ready to record even though it was only 3 days later. I'm gone keep you posted.

I must say last night was the best night to be at EoDuB on a sunday night. Not only did I body it all crazy on stage, but Zulu Nation members came through gathered around outside KRS1 came through to perform some of his classic ht singles, and just to top it off Talib Kweli came through EoDuB. The pyrimid club is located Ave. A btwn 6th and 7th street.
I let everybody know once again that my showcase is febuary 7th the night of the superbowl. When I tell you I bodyed it on stage like I seriously went in and went crazy for the crowd. I performed a banger called "I'm A Professional". I don't know if it was the hot beat made by Nathan Simmons or the tough hard hitting lyrics I wrote to it or the catchy chorus to the song... I'm a proffessional.
Waiting outside with Marco's big camra for the arival of the teacher KRS1. He came out of a car across the street and walk toward us. It was a warm welcome to see the teacher KRS1. Recording "Paradise" In The Studio

This was a moment to remember for the rest of my life. I went over to Ox's house expecting the same quality good enough for a rough draft and walked out a new man. Ox had introduced me to a very experienced engeneer named Nathaniel. Dude played no games. My homie Ox needed to step out for some time so it was just me and Nate using our time highly productivly. We put in the Paradise session into protools and the first thing he asked me is how do I want the song to sound and what do I want to do with it. I told him this is going to be a song for everyone, but the ladies especailly. So I told him I want my voice to sound sexy for the ladies on my L.L. True J tip you feel me!!? I let him know this is going to be a big record spined in many places so I needed the RnB lyrics I wrote to it to be on point and to switch a small part around. After the bridge I needed him to chop off a part of the beat and he did it without a problem while everyone else acts as if that would be rocket science. After that I got back in the booth and made magic happen with the secound verse that I thought wasn't even going to be on my album "Not Your Average Rapper". Then Nate kindly suggested that I do adlibs through out the whole song. I didn't know what to say at first so we listened to the beautiful song over again a few times and soon the words just flew out. I got back on the microphone and just let it have it.

True Knowledge C Khid "Dreaming Contest"

This gentleman I'm speaking about named C Khid is a dope Hip Hop artist from N. Carolina who has became very succesfull through youtube with over a million veiws. Now since his officail album is dropping next year he is giving other hungry artist such as myself an oppertunity to land a feature on his album. To top it off you would win a free microphone that works with your computer for winning. Now the contest is very simple, he created a song chorus about being a dreamer and made the link availible to download. As an artist you have to write ONE verse only one that you feel will match the record and perform it live on youtube as a video responce to the contest video. So at the begining of the video you must shout out C-Khid's popular trade mark and shout out losbeats to represent the producer of this song. The beat is very hot I must say.
Watching this video really inspired me to go for it and try to get the best that life can offer. So I wrote my 16 bar verse in 15 minutes and then took a half an hour to keep saying it over and over again. The smartest thing I did was go to Marco Polo and reach out to him for help, because he is crazy when it comes to editing videos seriously. I told him all about C-Khid and all details to the contest and by the time I got to Marco's house he already had the beat downloaded. I was so happy about that. So we got the camra out, got in position, and then we just started doing different takes. The next day I had over 100 veiws on youtube already and C-Khid himself commented on my video responce giving my a 5 out of 5 stars I was so happy.

Yet Another Sunday Night

First of all my showcase at the longest running Hip Hop open mic is Febuary 7th 2010. Now last sunday at EoDuB, oh boy do I have a story for you. lol... You see I signed up for number 16 on the list and my turn was coming up very soon. The funny thing is that when you come to EoDuB they show you love when your hot, but trust me when your not the people will just turn around and walk away. So this is what happened after this one dude went on stage and he ripped it and just kept going. He wasn't even on the list the 3 Kings called him up and let him rock away. Tell me how after he got off stage without me even noticing on the count of I was so tuned into the stage almost the whole Pyrimid club walk outside behind him because he kept on rapping and just rapping. All I noticed is that the club just got empty and there were only about 14 people standing around. I told my dude Poisen Pen, "Yo I'm bout to do some promo" and just walked off outside. I go outside and I see all of these people circled around this man in his own mental sipher, he just kept on rapping and rapping. I knew my time to shine was very soon though he just wanted to keep going I opened my mouth out of fustration in front of every one having eye contact with AlBeBack from the movie ATL another great MC who rocks at EoDuB. I said the first thing that just came to my mind in a rhyme saying no one is inside everyone is outside and basically I'm going up on stage very soon and that you should all watch it. I don't know how I did it with a freestyle but I had everyone laughing and enjoyed. After about 5 minutes inside the club was packed again. Guest who was on stage then, Poisen Pen. Yo! My dude Poisen Pen ripped it on stage ridiculously. After that is was my time to go and the rest was history. This book I'm reading call "The Gospel Of Hip Hop" is deep. Written and auto graphed by KRS1. Alsom by Dj Kool Hurk and True Master a major producer for most of wu tang lyrics. I feel like this book is the kind of book that can guide me and give me quotes to live by everytime I turn another page in this Hip Hop Bible. This book teaches me a lot about the meaning of Hip Hop, were it came from, and were it could be leading to now. Reading this book makes
True Knowledge feel as if he is the future of music. This is from page 19 message #63.

First and formost I would like to say the my officail showcase date @ EoDuB is my mother's birthday Febuary 7th 2010. It's going down Ave A. BTN 6th and 7th street.
The day before yesturday I had brought my dude Marco Polo with me into the studio I been working with for my dabute album "Not Your Average Rapper". We worked on a song together called "I'm A Professional". I say he definetly killed it on the secound verse perfectly fitting in the middle as the only rap feature I have on my album. Here's the problem. See many people know me as a different rapper and one of the main reasons is because I do not curse in any of my songs. Yes that's right as a rapper I do not curse in any of my songs. I would like to keep myself universal and very positive through my music. This is why I do not have the intentions of putting many rappers on my album, because I know it's going to be a whole nother issue. I often told Marco Polo not to curse at all and still the S word the N word seems to apear. Oh and I'm being a Jack Ass for not wanting any profanity on my album. I will go right back to the session next time I go in that studio and take out the curses or just radio edit it some how. The song came out dope and you will see Marco Polo on my album I'm happy for that, if it wasn't for him I truely would not have as much progress I have today. He was the one in the studio with KRs1 and Hakeem Green, took me back stage to meet Rhyme Fest, Rakim and many others in BB Kings. I will never take credit for what he did for me. I've gotten responses about my videos and music from many people in London and that feels really good to know that so many people can connect to the message in my music. Managing myself as an artist online is the main thing I do with my free time other then writting and recording more music. Yes, another sunday night True Knowledge perform fantastily at EoDuB. Located L.E.S. Ave A btwn 6th & 7th street. True Knowledge came in the club wearing a bage and white striped collar shirt with a siler/brown tie and a bage vest over it. Wearing a brown colored pair of slacks and black dressing shoes. Everyone ask "What's the occasion True"? I wen on that stage with a well known smash hit single called "Got My Own Swagg". The crowd loved it as I ran left and right using all of the stage resiting my lyrics to many heads in club Pyramid. I made sure before the day even really began I got a real nice hair cut to get my L.L. True J on.
Oh yes by the way, great news my youtube video of me rapping for KRS1 has now been featured on eodub.com that means as soon as you go to eodub.com you will see True Knowledge's blog part 3 of me rapping for KRS1 and Hakim Green of channel live. Trust me I spraked mad izim for them my brothers and sisters. As KRS1 said "Don't be afraid of the new world order because this is the TRUE world order".

O when you go to youtube.com type up trueknowledg3 just like that on to the search engine. You will see a bunch of me popping up, but I need you guys to check out L.L. True J VS. True Pac. It was a crazy performance I did at EoDuB Ave A btwn 6 n 7th street. The whole joke was me starting off with a song for the ladies additionally having my shirt half way off on the stage infront of the women. After the first verse of the song I did the hook again, then switched up the record to my smash hit called "Not Your Average Rapper". Between the trasition I heard on a microphone "He just went from L.L. True J to True Pac on us. The crowd was laughing and cheering for me to go in, some how I kept on a straight face as I usually do before performing my hit record "Not Your Average Rapper". Now with my shirt on I resited this song on the microphone as if the world was ment to end the next day. Working In The Studio

Ok now it was time to put some finishing touches on my album "Not Your Average Rapper" in the studio. Had to make a few changes and have a few arguments, you know how it is I keep it straight real. I keep my mouth shut and listen to opinions from other and if I think it could benifit me I would go by it. I'm glad I brought my home girl Lavish with me, because she gave me some great advice. People that record music will understand what I mean with this a lot more. As a rap artist I put in a lot of work with doubles, acsents, and all the crazy adlibs. She looked at the protools scream and straight up told us "that is way to much work". "Someitimes less is way better". So I understood what she ment, it's just that after recorded with Marco Polo I got used to doing the endings as well as the beginings after I do the double. It just so happened that she likes what I used to do better then what I was doing now. The only thing I explained was once all my takes or tracks are all mixed down together it's gone sound like one. She said it made no sence to do all those takes or tracks if it ends up sounding like one voice at the end. So I let he know that before I used to just record my verse and then say all the endings to it. And maybe do adlibs. So we took a minute with the extra tracks on mute and just listened to how the main vocals sound. And honestly I must say what her point was actualy makes sence, it did sound better that way. I wanted her to hype up one of my tracks, but I old her not to curse and she didn't know what to say after that. lol... Yup! It's True!! I don't curse in any of my song lyrics you can ask anyone True Knowledge does not curse in his albums, I want to be more universal for the people. So the next time I hit the studio in the morning I will go thru the list of all my tracks and take out all the extra takes or tracks (what ever you call them) and this True Knowledge album called "Not Your Average Rapper" will truely be a succesfull classic Hip Hop album.

Another Sunday Night @ EoDuB

This sunday night at the longest running Hip Hop open mic show was off the chain. I waited on line today as I normaly do (Ave A btn 6th and 7th street) and signed up as number 11. Wearing my blue EoDuB ready to perform for the amazing crowd. The night was very live tonight because there were people from different places in the world, such as Germany and Brazil. There were different acts on stage speaking in so many different langues that it jst drove the whole crowd wild. So as time went by people got their drink on and their dance on as I rehured in the bathroom saying my lyrics to myself over and over again. I thought of doing something wild and crazy that I don't normaly do, which is taking my shirt off on the EoDuB stage. So as I'm in the mirror checking myself out a friend of mine happens to walk in so I quickly put my shirt down and made my way out. It was about that time for me to apear on stage for my homie Marco Polo to be his hype man on stage for his smash hit called "New World Order". He says to look out for the versoin with KRS1 and more. He was number 7 and oh we rocked it, even Mental Sapream was on stage with us! When I got on stage it was camras out and time to roll...
I started off with a song strickly for the ladies called "The Time Of Your Life". When I took off my shirt they said a few thing like LL True Jay on stage before the music started. As they beat began the crowd went wild letting the intr play I herd a lot of yelling and scream saying "Go In! Go In!" chanting for me to begin. Then I set it off for the ladies so well that Joe Columbo had to give his camra to Sheree so she can record me. lol... I did the hook and the first verse that song. At the end of the segment my signature beat came on for the hit record off my album called "Not Your Average Rapper" entitled "Not Your Avearage Rapper". It is about how I am not like these other rappers, I'm not your aveerage rapper. Putting my shirt back on got everyone's attention instead of just the women in the crowd. ----Let me tell you 'bout ya average rapper--- the crowd went wild and said all of the words back to me as Marco Polo was on stage with me saying most of the words with me as well. It feels so good to know that other people out there know my song so well that they said my own lyrics right back to me.

Performing Live

I am no shy person when it comes to a stage. The first time I ever performed on stage I was 11 years old in J.H.S. and I was all over that stage. It was only in front of 4 people, but it was something about being on stage the burning feeling through my vains the rush of energy in my heart and the song lyrics in my brain. These feeling have never left my soul since. Not I was introduced to a weekly open mic spot located at Ave A btwn 6th and 7th street called the Pyramid club. Every sunday night it is E-o-Dub which stands for End Of the Weak. If you take a lot at my picture you will see me waving to the crowd wearing a green EoDub shirt. I was so happy DMC wearing one. The host are the 3 kings and their website is eodub.com very good networking goes on in that website. Big Ox the head of OZ ent was the one that introduced me to EoDuB and since that night I never stopped going to End Of the Weak every single sunday night to perform. The first song I did was called "Not Your Average Rapper" and the crowd at that club showed me so much love I had to come back and do my thing some more. I grabbed that microphone and wild out so crazy that I was known for being the wild one. The people over there gave me very good advice about controling my energy while I'm performing. I took everyone's advice and now when I perform live I don't even have to look at the crowd, because I'm sure that they are enjoying the vibe and I know they understand what I'm saying.

Rapping For Rakim

Yes it's True. Ya boy True Knowledge live and direct. I just came from BB King, located at 42nd street in manhaton and the energy in the house was very positive. The night started up as Rhyme Fest got on stage rocking with DJ Rock Steady while I held Marco Polo's camra to capture this great footage. Rhyme Fest really rocked it and gave all the people something to go wild for. I remembered when he stopped the show, shouting out the white people in the crowd who enjoyed it heavily. He then kept it real about how black people, the people he loved would like his music and never buy his music. Then he proclaim that it would be white people and people over seas that will be the true die hard fans of that real Hip Hop. Boom; so we went back stage chilled in his dressing room and guest who come in! The legendary man himself Raheem man it was so great to see this guy in person. Can you belive he had to use my rhyme book to exchange with Rhyme Fest after he straight up bodied the stage? I swear I got Raheem to sign my rap book aswell. After filming the guys that brought you the hip hop the hibit the hinit to da (you know how it goes) and the original Slaughter House members the spoke on the new ones on tape. And guest who I saw after that! It was the God MC Rakim and right before he got on stage he was saprised at the opertunity to great his family members. Marco Polo had to tape his stage performance man, because I was in that crowd going crazy as hell watching Rakim perform his Hit singles such as "I Ain't No Joke", "Geuss Who's Back," and "Microphone Feind". Let me tell you man, he seriously killed it. Boom; we back stage and I saw my dude that be at eodub.com to and performing there every sunday. His name is Fish Grease. Him and his crew started up a mean sifer so I poked my head out as soon as I realized that Rakim was paying attention. So I started spitting bars by that time all the stars were going in the room. So I kepted on rapping and rapping and lyricaly going in because I was mad every1 was just thinking I'm some camra man, I am True Knowledge! So like a minute goes by and I saw Rakim walking up to me, but he went to a bath room that was right next to me. I'm thinking alright he might be feeling it and the door was closed so let me spit a little louder. Finishing my rhyme looking into Marco's camra. Then Fish Grease was going in again killing it hard body. A few minutes later I saw Fish Grease in the room rapping for Rakim so I went inside the room, it was so crowded while I walked right through. Without even introducing a thing I started spitting my best rhymes for Rakim, as one dude was being rude trying to distract me Rakim listened to me and he inspired me to keep rapping for him. When I was done I held the camra and asked Rakim what was his reaction?

Determination Of True Knowledge

Hustling Hard

All I do is hustle, without a single dime of crack or a nickle bag of weed. People are so afraid to be therselves, but me I'm not your average rapper. I will straight up walk up to people I never met a day in my life and tell them about my album and how easily they can hear my music on the internet. I will sell my cds for 5 dollars a copy. The only way I can do that is by keeping a hie source of energy kill all fears inside of me and keep myself ready to rap for anyone right there on the spot as soon as they ask to hear some rhymes. Even if I go door to door with this I am ready and willing to smile and shake many hands to get my music heard. My album has 10 songs it is 40 minutes long and it's called "Not Ya Average Rapper". The first 2 songs are crack and so is the rest. I'm not expecting to sell a million copies, b ut this album right here will get me off my feet and down the road to sucess that I need to be in. My goal is to sell 20 cds every day as soon as I wake up in the morning I am hustling hard...

Just now came from KRS-1 the MC's book release event. It was so live in the W hotel O my!! I came through had my name on the guest list and got a pink ticket to one of the first to get this legendary book that will be in many generations to come. There was an open bar in the house had your boy True Knowledge all saucy but not to much. When it was last call on that open for I saw mad people running down to get their last few drinks. They were giving out free vitamin water, I definetly had a few of those. In the building was the lengendary Hakim Green from channel live look very sharp and O... I most give another O... for this one. You wont even belive me man... The originator the creator of Hip Hop the Jesus Christ of Hip Hop if you wanna Kurt Flirt was in the house man. This was truely legendary holding Marco Polo's big camra shooting this amazing footage. Ending this night off with a bang the all mighty author of this book "The Gospel of Hip Hop" himself came through KRS1 the MC omg!!! They all went crazy. The man stood at the podium and spread so much knowledge in the one hour that my mind coudn't even handle. I was very happy to see how well Khris's spririt was. He opened up for questions and it was very heated. At the end everyone enjoyed taking pictures with KRS! asking him more questions and just being around him. I now how my book in front of me autographed by KRS1 Kool Herk and True Master (Wu Tang Producer). Yeah it was a great look HIP HOP is alive @
